Hello!
My name is Gundega, I come from Riga, Latvia, and I am here to share with you meditation based on Buddhism traditions from Thailand.
I started meditating in 2017 to recover from burnout and ease my anxiety and insomnia. While meditation is not a solution to all life’s problems, it can help us feel more grounded and centred in our body.
Additionally, I am very interested in healthy eating, somatic exercises, nervous system regulation, EFT, qi gong and other healing modalities.
